Job Overview: We are a Christian non-profit seeking a dedicated Finance Director to lead our financial operations and steward our resources. In this key leadership role, you will manage budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance while collaborating closely with the CEO, Director of Operations and Retail and Board of Directors. Position Requirements:

·  5 + years progressively responsible experience in accounting and finance

·  4 year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or directly related field is required

·  This role requires diplomacy and confidentiality in all situations

·  Good time management skills

·  Ability to work independently

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

·  Moderate to Advanced skill in Excel

·  Proficient in application and use of software and/or web based accounting systems including but not limited to accounts payable, GL, management, payroll processing, etc.

·  Must have valid drivers license and clean 3 year MVR record and be insurable

·  Must be able to pass drug screen

·  Must be able to pass a background check

·  Must be able to communicate positively and effectively and interact with suppliers, venders, financial institutions and other staff at all levels within the organization

Required Application Screening Question(s):

·  How would you rate your skill level with Microsoft Excel for financial tasks (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, modeling)? (Options: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced / Expert)

·  Which web-based accounting systems do you have hands-on experience managing?

·  This position regularly handles sensitive executive and board-level data. Are you comfortable maintaining absolute diplomacy and confidentiality in all professional situations?

·  Do you have experience working in finance or accounting for a non-profit organization?

·  Do you have a 4 year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administrative or a directly related field?

Education:

·  Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

·  Accounting, Finance or Business Administration : 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

·  CPA (Preferred)
